How long does repair take?
Standard repairs take two to three days. We offer rush service in twenty-four hours if you need your board back fast. The timeline depends on the damage and how busy we are, but we’ll give you an honest estimate when you drop it off.
Can you fix epoxy boards?
Yes. We are EPS experts and work with epoxy foam regularly. We know the material and how it responds to repair. Your epoxy board is safe with us.
Do I need to clean the wax?
We appreciate it when you do, but it’s not required. If you leave the wax on, we charge a small fee to clean it before we start the repair. Either way, we’ll handle it.
My board is wet inside, can you fix it?
It needs to dry first. Water inside the foam prevents the resin from bonding properly. Let it dry completely, then bring it in. We can advise you on drying time when you call.
What if the damage is severe?
We handle everything from small dings to major snaps. Bring it in and we’ll assess it. If it’s beyond repair, we’ll tell you straight. Most boards can be saved.
